SUPPORTER INSIGHT ANALYST
Salary £29,690 – £31,250 37.5 hours per week worked Monday – Friday
Homebased, with a requirement to attend HQ (Leicester – LE3 1UT) for meetings and training as required (within COVID restrictions)

You will be an experienced data and supporter champion who is confident, positive, patient and empathetic in your approach. You will have previously worked in designing, producing and communicating strategic insights and recommendations to maximise the potential of an organisations customer or supporter database in order to improve engagement, income generation or sales. You will be a first class communicator, adaptable in your approach to project management and a hands on strategic thinker who has a real passion using data to develop new ideas. You will have a depth of industry experience in either a marketing or business discipline which covers response analysis, customer or supporter segmentation models, profiling and lifetime value models. You will need to have skills and experience in data visualisation skills/story telling using tools such as Power BI or Tableau. An advanced level of computer literacy in SQL, Pivot Tables and Excel, experience of using CRM databases desirably in Salesforce and a working knowledge of current GDPR and PECR legislation best practice. If you can adapt quickly to new systems, be confident in sharing your insights and you want to make a significant impact in enhancing our supporter journey’s then this role is 100% for you.

Job Description and Person Specification
The supporter insight role is diverse, fast paced and purposeful. You will be manipulating large volumes of data from multiple sources, wrangling and cleaning datasets. Shaping forecasting and testing tools to refine and complement our supporter engagement strategy. Collaborating and advancing the use of the CRM/Salesforce platform. Being proactive to find solutions to derive actionable insights and evolving ways for the Association to gain feedback from members/supporters on their experience. You will produce tools and deliver reporting to monitor KPI progress as well as benchmarking and monitoring the external landscape. You will working closely with the Supporter Insight Manager in delivering bespoke supporter data analysis and forecasting to shape our engagement planning and strategy. Working with others, you will define the scope of their data requirements, progress accordingly, and ensure all data from all sources can be integrated to provide a 360-degree supporter picture.

PLAY WORKER – OUT OF SCHOOL CLUB (LEVEL 3)
£9.50 per hour RAFA Kidz Nursery, RAF Digby LN4 3LH
20 hours per week worked Monday – Friday 7.30am – 9am then 3.15pm – 5.45pm

As the charity that supports the RAF family, we’re excited to be recruiting additional staff at RAFA Kidz Digby. RAFA Kidz is a not-for-profit trading subsidiary of the RAF Association and is operated as a socially responsible business. This means RAFA Kidz can focus on providing the best possible service rather than on making commercial profit.
Due to the ongoing growth and success of the out of school provision, we have a position available for an experienced Play Worker who holds a minimum NVQ Level 3 Play Work or Early Years childcare qualification.
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a childcare setting, ideally within a 4-11 year old environment. Responsibilities include ensuring safety for children on the walk to and from school and setting up an attractive and exciting play space ensuring that hygiene and health and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will hold a basic food safety certificate as refreshments and snacks will be provided for the children. Excellent communication skills are integral to the role to develop meaningful relationships with the children, staff and parents.
You will have a good understanding of the principles of safeguarding children (to be tested at interview) along with previous experience of maintaining records that fulfil Ofsted requirements as laid out in the EYFS.
