How to amend your will
If you have already made a will, it is a good idea to review it regularly, as your circumstances may have changed or new family members may have arrived, or sadly departed. Your assets, such as the value of your home or any investments, may have changed too.
If you are updating your will with minor changes, your solicitor simply adds what is known as a codicil. Please do not write on, amend or attach any forms to your current will yourself as your will could become invalid.
Half priced will writing service for RAF Association members
As an RAF Association member, we are delighted to be able to offer you a half priced will writing service. We have teamed up with a nationwide provider, BTWC Ltd, where we pay for half of the cost of a simple will for our members.
“The RAF Association has been a huge source of comfort to me during my life since I did two years of National Service in the RAF. I have remembered them in my Will, and I am confident that they will make good use of my legacy when it eventually comes to them.”
Michael Minson, served in the RAF from 1956 to 1958.
Every gift, whatever its value, will one day make itself felt in someone’s life who needs it most.
Leaving a gift in your Will to the RAF Association enables us to be there for the RAF family when they urgently need help.
