RAFA HWOs and Caseworkers are volunteers who are there for the good and benefit of all the RAF family. They offer friendship, help and support through their welfare work.

Continuous Professional Development Training at RAFA
From January 2010 any branch can sponsor a one day Professional Development Course (CPD). These courses are specifically designed for RAFA Honorary Welfare Officers and Caseworkers who have sucessfully attended an accredited course and require training to complete CPD. It is advised that these courses are completed in the order of priority laid down below. Contact your AWO for further advice.

- Lone Working Awareness
- Bereavement Awareness
- Financial Debt Awareness
- Mental Health Awareness
