Use this form to apply for Ordinary Membership of The RAF Association (RAFA) by completing the appropriate sections below:

• We encourage you to join a local RAFA Branch, you will be notified of Branch Meetings and activities.  We will send you your membership card, badge and pass your details to your local Branch.  If you do not wish to join a local Branch, you can elect to join either the Area Headquarters or Central Headquarters membership.
• You will automatically benefit from free access to RAFA's members-only website www.raf-comrade-contact.co.uk on becoming a member of RAFA, please therefore ensure that your email address is completed below so that this may be arranged for you.

Gift Aid Declaration

If you pay income tax on your earnings, savings or even a building society account please tick above and RAFA can reclaim an additional 28% on your payments. This Declaration will enable RAFA to recover Income Tax on membership subscriptions and donations. It should only be completed if you are a UK taxpayer. You are able to cancel this authority if your circumstances change.

I confirm that I am a UK income tax payer, and authorise the RAF Association to recover Income Tax at the Standard Rate on all my recorded gifts to its funds from all my recorded gifts to its funds in the last six years until this authority is cancelled in writing. The amount of Income Tax I pay will be greater than RAFA will reclaim each tax year on membership subscriptions/donations covered by this authority.
