Part exchange

As with any main car dealer part exchanges are possible. So that we can ascertain an exchange price for your car please have the following information to hand before you phone:

• Registration number
• Colour
• Mileage
• Make
• Year of manufacture
• Model or type
• Service history

Your part exchange vehicle will be taken away when your new car arrives, providing you ensure that the log / registration document and MOT certificate if applicable, are available.

How to get the best from the service

To make best use of the service you should try to narrow down your choice of vehicle and have an idea of the colour, specification and optional extras you require. The rest is easy:

• Call the Freephone number 0800 58 78 786
  
• Place your order quoting your RAFA Membership number. A small deposit of £200 will secure your order on new Ford and Vauxhall vehicles. Other manufacturers have differing levels of deposits which will be discussed with you on the telephone.
  
• Your new vehicle will be delivered to your door subject to a delivery charge. Alternatively you can pick up your car direct from the dealer in Eastbourne free of charge.
  
• Pay for your car using your chosen method: cash, credit card*, finance package, banker’s draft or bank transfer. *Credit Card transaction costs will be charged where appropriate.
  
• Sit back and relax knowing that you have just got a great deal.
  

Tax free for serving RAF members
