Legacies

Every year since its formation in 1943 The RAF Association (RAFA) has been called into action to help support RAF members and their families.

We value your continued financial contributions through donations and legacy gifts to ensure that we can provide short term respite care breaks for those in need. Donations will also fund the support network provided by our volunteer Welfare Officers who offer much needed advice and care for ex-serving RAF personnel, many of whom are elderly or who suffer long term health problems.

The nature of how the Royal Air Force operates in our changing world has brought additional strains and stresses on today's RAF service personnel as they face danger on a daily basis.

Similarly, how RAFA  responds to the welfare demands of the RAF family has had to adapt to the changing circumstances.

What support will our RAF comrades and families need in another 60 years?

All donations are welcome and it is through the good will and forethought of members of the public that RAFA can continue in its dedicated provision of comradeship, friendship and welfare support.

Please remember us in your Will, as the memories of the past are the building blocks of the future.
