Wings Appeal Balloon Race - Terms & Conditions

• All entry flyers with sponsorship must be received at RAFA's Central Headquarters (CHQ) by Tuesday 2nd July 2008: Address - The RAF Association, Wings Appeal, 117½ Loughborough Road, Leicester, LE4 5ND.
• Any entries received online will be entered automatically, therefore there is no need to return a flyer.
• Once each flyer is received it will be attached to a balloon on race day, Wednesday 16th July and released at a special event as part of the National launch of Wings Appeal 2008.
• Any of the released balloon tickets that are found must be returned to the CHQ address on the label by Wednesday 6th August 2008.
• The finder of the race ticket which is judged to have travelled the furthest will receive a prize of £20.
• The sponsor of the balloon which is deemed to have travelled the furthest will receive the first prize of two tickets for a Virgin hot air balloon flight.
  
• Prize Terms and Conditions: Prize refers to two Virgin Balloon Flights Adventure Packs which have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable. The winner must contact VBF within three months of being notified. Children aged 7 to 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Passengers must be at least 4”6” in height. Flights not valid in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, but vouchers may be purchased and used for launch sites in England, Scotland and Wales. Virgin Balloon Flights is unable to fly passengers who are pregnant or who have recently undergone major surgery. • The sponsor of the balloon which is deemed to have travelled the second furthest will receive two VIP tickets to Shoreham Airshow.
• The sponsor of the balloon which is deemed to have travelled the third furthest will receive two tickets to the special “Brew for the Few” event being held as part of the official launch for Wings Appeal 2008.
• The judge's decision is final.
