Annual Conference Weekend – Eastbourne

Friday - Sunday 13-15 MAY 2011

For the first time for many years the Association will hold its Annual Conference in Eastbourne.  The format will be similar to that of previous years:

Friday, 13 May

8 pm – 11 pm – Rendezvous “Meet and Greet” Evening in the Winter Gardens

Saturday, 14 May

10 am – 5 pm – Opening Ceremony followed by Conference Business in the Congress Hall

8 pm – 11 pm – Conference Dance, Winter Gardens

Sunday, 15 May

9.30 am Parade along the Promenade and Service of Dedication at the Bandstand

10.30 am – Conference Business resumes at the Congress Hall

12.30 pm – Closing Ceremony
