If you pay income tax on your earnings, savings or even a building society account please tick above and RAFA can reclaim an additional 28% on your payments. This Declaration will enable RAFA to recover Income Tax on membership subscriptions and donations. It should only be completed if you are a UK taxpayer. You are able to cancel this authority if your circumstances change.

I confirm that I am a UK income tax payer, and authorise the RAF Association to recover Income Tax at the Standard Rate on all my recorded gifts to its funds from all my recorded gifts to its funds in the last six years until this authority is cancelled in writing.
